Little Zak's Academy is seeking an experienced Centre Director to relocate to the Hunter Region of NSW, overseeing services in Nulkaba and Kurri Kurri. You will lead high-performing teams, foster a positive centre culture, and drive quality outcomes for children and families.

You will enjoy real autonomy, ownership of your budget, and a career path within a privately owned, family-run organisation offering relocation support and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree
• Experience as Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor advantageous
• Comfortable taking on Nominated Supervisor responsibilities
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound understanding of EYLF, NQS, National Regulations and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to drive occupancy, team performance and service outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
