Job summary

Save Our Service in Sydney, NSW is seeking an experienced Centre Director for a full-time onsite role. You will lead a 50-place centre, manage staffing, compliance and quality programs, and drive occupancy while upholding the National Quality Framework and EYLF.

You should have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, at least 3 years of leadership, and experience directing 8+ staff. The package includes a salary of $95,000–$120,000 plus superannuation and an annual

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ECE degree required.
• Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in an early childhood service.
• Experience leading a team of 8+ educators/staff.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certifications.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQF), NQS and EYLF.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and support a team of educators to create a positive, collaborative and professional culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the centre, including staffing, compliance, quality improvement and financial performance.
• Develop strategies to improve occupancy, enrolments and overall centre performance.
• Monitor utilisation and address vacancies and enrolment opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, educators and the wider community.
• Ensure the centre meets the requirements of the National Quality Framework (NQF), NQS, EYLF and relevant legislation.
