The Y Canberra Region is seeking a Centre Director to lead daily operations of the service, guide educators and deliver high-quality education and care in an early learning environment.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, drive continuous improvement under the National Quality Framework and model the Y's values of Honesty, Caring, Respect and Responsibility.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
• Ability to coach and motivate educators through collaborative leadership.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and safeguarding children.

Aufgaben

• Support daily centre operations, including staffing, rosters, administration and compliance.
• Coach and mentor educators to strengthen practice and professional development.
• Support educational programs reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan and National Quality Standard.
• Build partnerships with families and community organisations; promote safety and inclusivity.
