Job summary

Milieu Early Education and Care in Raby, NSW, is seeking an experienced Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead a 72-place service on-site. This true off-the-floor leadership role focuses on guiding the team, maintaining high standards and strong relationships with families.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, rostering, enrolments and compliance with NQF/NQS, while supporting the Educational Leader and Area Manager. The role offers professional development and impactful leadership.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ECT qualification.
• Experience as a Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor, 2IC or senior leader.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and compliance.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Confidence managing performance and difficult conversations.
• Understanding enrolments, occupancy and centre operations.
• Current Working With Children Check and mandatory training.

Milieu Early Education & Care is looking for an experienced and confident Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our beautiful 72-place service in Raby.

Milieu is an award-winning early education provider with a strong focus on quality, leadership, beautiful environments and genuine relationships with children, families and educators.

This is a true off-the-floor leadership role for someone who wants the time and space to properly lead a service, support their team and maintain high standards.

About the role

You will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operation of the service, including:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting the educator team
• Building a positive, professional and accountable culture
• Maintaining strong compliance across the NQF, NQS and National Regulations
• Managing staffing, rostering and daily operations
• Supporting the Educational Leader and room leaders
• Overseeing family enquiries, tours, enrolments and occupancy
• Leading the QIP and continuous improvement
• Building strong relationships with children and families
• Working closely with our Area Manager, Approved Provider and Head Office team

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care OR an ECT qualification
• Previous experience as a Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor, 2IC or senior leader
• Strong knowledge of compliance and the National Quality Framework
• Proven experience leading and developing a team
