Job summary

Active Kids Early Learning Centre – Greenbank QLD is seeking a part-time Cook to join our Kitchen Team. You will work with our Chef to prepare nutritious meals for children, catering to allergies and dietary requirements while maintaining hygiene and safety in a busy childcare kitchen.

Ideal candidates are passionate about cooking, organised, reliable, and able to work as part of a supportive team to nourish our little learners daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and cooking.
• Knowledge of food safety and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to cater for a variety of allergies and dietary requirements.
• Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one.
• Holds current Gecko Child Safety certifications, or willing to obtain.

About the Role

As our Part-Time Cook, you will work alongside our Chef and Kitchen Hand to:
