Job summary

SDN Kingsford is seeking an administrative professional to support the centre’s day-to-day operations and act as the welcoming face for children, families and visitors.

Working 19.5 hours across three days per week on a 12-month contract, you will manage enrolments, family accounts, invoicing, records and reporting, and coordinate inquiries and centre tours. The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and proficiency with childcare management systems.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience, desirably in childcare or community setting.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service with a relationship-focus.
  • High attention to detail with data, records and financial processes.
  • Proficient computer skills with childcare management systems; CCS knowledge preferred.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.

Job description

Bring your admin expertise to SDN Kingsford, working closely with the Centre Director and becoming the welcoming face for children, families and visitors. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll work closely with the Centre Director and wider team, helping keep the centre running smoothly while being a welcoming first point of contact for children and families.

You will be on a 12-month contract, working 19.5 hours across three days per week, with flexibility to support your lifestyle and commitments.

This will include:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with children, families and staff
  • Manage enrolments, family accounts, invoicing, records and reporting
  • Coordinate enquiries, centre tours and onboarding for new families
  • Maintain accurate databases, documentation and administrative systems
  • Support centre operations through resource coordination, communications and administrative assistance
  • Working collaboratively with our Family Enquiry Team to support families from enquiry through to enrolment
About You:
