Job summary

Boral Cement in Marulan, NSW is seeking a Production Operator to join on a rotating day/night shift. You will support the Production and Maintenance leadership and operate key equipment to meet output targets, while maintaining a strong safety focus.

The role requires flexibility to cover a rotating roster and contribute across production areas. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll work in a safe environment that encourages development and adherence to our zero-harm values.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Experience operating dump trucks and other mobile plant equipment is valued.
• Willingness to work rotating rosters and different shifts.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground maintenance tasks such as cleaning, shoveling, sweeping, and hosing.
• Operate dump trucks and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Run the bulk bagging machine to produce hydrated lime bags and load them onto trucks with a forklift when required.
• Provide support across all production areas as needed.
