Job summary

Boral Cement is seeking a Production Operator based in Marulan to join a rotating day/night shift. You will support the Production and Maintenance teams and contribute to key targets by following daily plans.

The role involves operating dump trucks, running bagging equipment, and assisting across production areas. A safety-first mindset and teamwork are essential for success in this dynamic site.

• Perform ground maintenance tasks such as cleaning, shoveling, sweeping, and hosing.
• Operate Dump Trucks and other key production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Run the bulk bagging machine to produce hydrated lime bulk bags and load onto trucks using a forklift.
• Provide support across all production areas as needed.

Based in Marulan, the Boral Cement team is looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join the team on a rotating day/night shift. In this role, you will support the Production and Maintenance Manager, Production Managers, Senior Production Supervisors, and our operational teams. You will help us achieve key targets and budgets by following daily operational plans. If you’re ready to be a part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!

Shift Hours (4 week rotation)

• Week 1: MON- TUES: 7:30-19:30 then FRI-SAT: 19:30-7:30
• Week 2: WED-THU: 7:30 to 19:30
• Week 3: MON- TUES: 19:30-7:30 then FRI-SAT: 7:30 to 19:30 and SUN 7:30-15:30
• Week 4: WED-THU: 19:30-7:30

Your day will involve:

• Perform ground maintenance tasks such as industrial cleaning, shoveling, sweeping, and hosing.
• Operate Dump Trucks and other key production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Run the bulk bagging machine to produce hydrated lime bulk bags and safely load them onto trucks using a forklift when needed.
• Provide support across all production areas as needed.
