Coffs Harbour-based employer C.ex Group is seeking energetic individuals for a back‑of‑house role that covers events setup, cleaning, cellar and store duties. The successful applicant will join a close-knit team at the heart of community events with on‑the‑spot training and opportunities for growth.

Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication, reliability, and a professional appearance; a current forklift licence is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills for liaising with events clients and delivery drivers.
• Friendly and outgoing disposition.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Exceptional personal presentation and hygiene.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• High level of physical fitness.
• Drivers licence.
• Ability to interpret and execute room set up plans.
• Attention to detail to guarantee high-standard setup and cleaning.
• Literacy.
• Ability to take direction.
• Knowledge of audio visual set ups (Desirable).
• Prior similar experience is advantageous but not required.
• Current forklift licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
