You will manage your kitchen section, prepare and present high-quality cafe dishes, maintain hygiene, assist with stock and waste minimisation, and work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistent service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality café cuisine.
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage your designated kitchen section and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes to consistent standards.
• Complete daily preparation and mise en place.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, stock rotation and minimising waste.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving food quality and kitchen standards.
