An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Aboriginal Care Navigator to join the Ngaliya Ngara Aboriginal Family Service within the Aboriginal Health Equity Program. This role supports Aboriginal children and families to navigate health and community services, providing culturally safe, family-centred support that promotes engagement, access and improved health and wellbeing outcomes.
