Ngaliya Ngara Aboriginal Family Service within the Aboriginal Health Equity Program is seeking a passionate Aboriginal Care Navigator to help families access health and community services. This role focuses on culturally safe, family-centred support to promote engagement and better health outcomes.
You will work across home, community, and telehealth settings, building trusted relationships and linking families with health professionals and community services.
