An exciting opportunity exists for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person to join Central Coast Local Health District as an Aboriginal Population Health Trainee as part of the NSW Aboriginal Population Health Training Initiative. This unique position is designed to build capacity within the Aboriginal workforce to develop and implement population health strategies that protect and promote the health of the local community. The successful applicant will undertake a structured three-year traineeship, combining work-based placements across the health service with part-time study towards a Master of Public Health at a NSW‑based university.
