St Patrick's College Sutherland is seeking a Religious Education Coordinator to lead the teaching and learning of Religious Education and to guide the school’s Catholic life. You will shape the vision and direction as part of the senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will lead liturgies, collaborate with parish communities, and drive curriculum development with a focus on student learning and inclusive pedagogy. WWCC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Committed Catholic with understanding of evangelising mission and parish collaboration.
• Leader of Catholic identity and mission at school/system level with shared leadership.
• Ability to lead liturgies and celebrations; develop and differentiate Religious Education.
• Contemporary leader of learning; lead change and improve student learning outcomes.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders; build relationships across stages; use data for planning.
• Baptised Catholic with ongoing commitment to Catholic teachings and faith community.

Responsabilités

• Lead teaching and learning of Religious Education and the Catholic dimension of the school.
• Shape the school's Catholic life, vision and strategic direction as part of SLT.
• Lead preparation of liturgies, celebrations and curriculum development.
• Communicate effectively with priests, parish community and stakeholders; analyse data for planning.
