Job summary

St Vincent's College Ashfield in Sydney is seeking a Primary Teacher for a two-day-per-week, part-time role under a job-share arrangement. You will deliver a Catholic, student-centred K-6 curriculum, emphasising inclusive learning, wellbeing, and engaging pedagogy, within a supportive school community.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor of Education with NESA accreditation and may hold or pursue Religious Education qualifications as per policy.

Qualifications

• Must have a tertiary Education qualification and NESA accreditation.
• Religious Education qualifications or willingness to achieve them.
• Ability to develop a K-6 Curriculum and apply effective learning pedagogies.
• Demonstrated classroom management and focus on student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Teach two days per week as part of a job-share arrangement.
• Deliver a rigorous K-6 curriculum in a Catholic learning environment.
• Engage students with student-centred teaching and inclusive learning experiences.
• Maintain a positive classroom culture and support student wellbeing.
• Collaborate with staff to support ongoing professional learning.
