Catholic Education NT seeks a Deputy Principal in Australia. The successful candidate will model Catholic values, work with the Principal to lead curriculum implementation, staff development, pastoral care, and community relations, while guiding teaching and learning across the primary school.

The role requires active Catholic identity, postgraduate study in Education-related fields, and eligibility for NT teacher registration with a focus on inclusive practices and trauma-informed approaches.

Qualificações

• Be Catholic and an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community.
• Hold postgraduate qualifications, or be willing to commence studies, in Religious Education, Theology and/or Educational Leadership.
• Be registered or eligible for registration with the NT Teacher Registration Board.
• Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a current NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the primary school curriculum and use data to identify learning gaps and improve outcomes.
• Drive high-quality teaching and learning and support staff development in high-impact strategies.
• Provide leadership in well-being and inclusive practices for diverse student needs.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, parish and the wider community.
