Compass Group Pty Limited in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead the morning team, support kitchen operations, and deliver excellent customer service across a 5:30am–2pm schedule. The role involves using Compass systems for rostering and inventory, with opportunities for career progression.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hospitality team management, food handling experience, and strong client relations skills, along with reliable transport and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing small hospitality teams.
• Food handling experience; Food Safety Supervisor certification is advantageous.
• Intermediate administrative skills; experience with rostering tools (such as Deputy) is a plus.
• Reliable transport and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team throughout daily morning shifts.

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing small hospitality teams
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance
