Job summary

Aurum Catering is hiring a casual Kitchen Hand to support our operation in Pinjarra. The role involves serving customers, assembling food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Weekend availability is required, with shifts from 10:00 to 18:00 and additional weekday flexibility. Applicants should have a Cert III in Cookery or Hospitality preferred, be able to lift up to 20kg, and pass pre-employment medical and a National Police Check.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Prepare food and beverage products to SOPs/duty statements.
• Complete cleaning tasks as directed by SOPs or Chef on duty.
• Advise Chef on duty of catering-related issues and needs.
• Complete any operational cleaning requirements as required or directed by the Chef on duty.
• Attend team meetings as required.
