Cater Care is seeking a Casual Catering Assistant for Peakhurst Lodge in Sydney. The role focuses on high-quality dining experiences for residents, with shifts from Monday to Tuesday, 4pm to 8pm, offering friendly service and food preparation assistance.

Cater Care is seeking Casual Catering Assistants to join our team at Peakhurst Lodge. In this key role, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional meal service and creating an enjoyable, high-quality dining experience for our residents.

Roster:

Monday & Tuesday 4pm to 8pm

What this role involves:

• Assisting with food preparation
• Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
• Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
• Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
• Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service would be well regarded
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
• Previous experience in retirement living or hospital/medical sector would be well regarded
