Cater Care Group in Sydney is seeking a friendly casual kitchen assistant to join our aged care catering team. You will help with food preparation, serve residents, and support dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen and dining areas with a strong focus on hygiene and safety.

Experience in food prep or customer service is valued, as are teamwork skills and the ability to work autonomously during busy periods. Aged care sector experience is highly regarded, with pathways for development and discounts

• Prior experience in food preparation, kitchen assistance, or customer service roles.
• Strong teamwork skills alongside the ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• High standards of personal presentation, hygiene, and professional conduct.
• Previous experience within the healthcare, aged care, or retirement sector (highly regarded).
