Job summary

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking compassionate Care Service Employees to join our Residential Services team in Parkes. You will support residents by delivering high-quality kitchen and servery services, prepare light refreshments, meet dietary needs, and keep spaces clean and welcoming.

This casual role offers afternoon and weekend shifts and a supportive team environment that values dignity, respect, and meaningful care.

Qualifications

About the Role

We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Service Employees to join our Residential Services team. In this role, you’ll support our residents by delivering high-qualitykitchen, servery services. From preparing light refreshments and ensuring dietary needs are met, to maintaining clean and welcoming spaces, your work will help create a safe and comfortable environment for those in our care.

This is a casual opportunity with a variety of afternoon and weekend shifts.
