Job summary

WOW Recruitment is seeking a Category Manager in St Leonards, Australia, to drive category strategy across a diverse range of products and brands. You will work closely with Sales & Marketing to develop budgets, forecasts and growth plans, while managing supplier relationships and lifecycle strategies.

The role requires 5+ years in category management, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel. SAP and Power BI experience are desirable.

• 5+ years' experience in Category Management across multiple product categories.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong commercial mindset.
• Strong commercial awareness across merchandising and product performance.
• Confident creating and presenting decks to senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience managing the amenities category is desirable, but not essential.
• SAP and Power BI experience is desirable, but not essential.
