Job summary

Scalabrini Pty Ltd is seeking a caring Wellbeing Assistant (Bus Driver) on a casual basis at Allambie Heights, NSW. You will provide safe transport for residents and support participation in outings and community activities.

You will drive a bus, ensure safety and reliability, and assist the wellbeing team with activities when not driving. Experience with 22-seat buses and planning routes is valued.

Qualifications

• Current NSW driver licence Class MR (Medium Rigid) or greater.
• Safe driving record.
• Experience driving a 22-seat bus or larger.
• Ability to plan and record appropriate bus routes.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to WHS.
• Italian or other languages is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable bus transport for residents.
• Assist wellbeing team with activities when not driving.
• Support planning and coordination of outings and activities.
• Contribute to resident wellbeing and social connection.
