Job summary

Four Hundred is North Sydney's favourite rooftop Mexican bar, part of the Tilley & Wills Hospitality Group. We’re on the hunt for a Casual Waiter to join our floor team and keep the fiesta alive across around 20 hours per week.

Bring energy, a genuine love of hospitality, NSW RSA, and the ability to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is preferred to cover busy service across our acclaimed venue.

Qualifications

• Must hold NSW RSA certification.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering great service.
• Fast, calm under pressure, and people-oriented.
• Available for a casual roster including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bringing energy and warmth to every guest interaction, from walk-ins to functions.
• Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Maintaining section standards and picking up on what guests need before they ask.
• Jumping in wherever the floor needs you — because in hospo, that's just how it goes.

Four Hundred is North Sydney's favourite rooftop Mexican bar — killer margaritas, bold Latin flavours, and a rooftop perch above Greenwood Plaza that puts every guest in out-of-office mode. We're on the hunt for a Casual Waiter to join our floor team and help keep the fiesta going — approx. 20 hours a week, working across a busy à la carte service in one of North Sydney's most-loved venues.

What you'll be doing:

• Bringing energy and warmth to every guest interaction, from walk-ins to functions
