Job summary

Luxaviation is seeking a Casual Customer Service Agent to join the ExecuJet FBO team at Sydney Airport. The role covers greeting VIP clients, journey administration, and on-ground support across a flexible 7-day roster.

Responsibilities include passenger and crew service, meeting room management, and coordinating third-party services to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Strong English communication and a neat appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated luxury service experience in aviation or high-end hospitality is preferred.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
• Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence is required.
• Police check, airport security clearances and pre-employment medical checks are standard conditions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist VIP clients and passengers upon arrival and during lounge/aeronautical services.
• Assist with flight administration, set-up and billing as required.
• Manage meeting room and facilities, including refreshment services.
• Escort passengers and crew to/from aircraft and lounge, both airside and landside.
• Coordinate catering, hotel and transport bookings with third-party providers to meet aircraft schedules.
• Maintain and clean premises and ramp equipment.
• Provide accurate information and assistance in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
