Virgin Australia is seeking Guest Services Agents for our airport team in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing caring, efficient service from check-in to boarding, and supporting during disruptions with a focus on empathy and clear communication.

Ideal candidates are 18+, Australian citizens or permanent residents, with prior people-focused customer service experience, and who can work a rotating roster including weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Experience delivering superior guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests at airport check-in, verify documentation and boarding needs.
• Re-book flights and support guests during disruptions or cancellations.
• Support guests with special requirements including minors or accessibility needs.
• Assist at the gate with boarding and service announcements.
