Greencross Narellan & Campbelltown is seeking a qualified Veterinary Nurse to join our South West Sydney clinics on a casual basis. The role offers varied nursing duties with potential reception responsibilities, in a modern, collaborative environment.

You'll work with an experienced leadership team and a supportive, team‑oriented culture focused on exceptional patient care and client service, across both Narellan and Campbelltown locations.

Qualifications

• Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent qualification).
• Has previous clinical veterinary nursing experience.
• Is confident with both medical and surgical nursing duties.
• Has strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
• Is organised, reliable, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assisting veterinarians during consultations, treatments, and procedures
• Surgical preparation and theatre assistance
• Monitoring anaesthesia and post-operative recovery
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collecting samples and performing diagnostic testing
• Providing nursing care for hospitalised patients
• Maintaining patient records and treatment plans
• Supporting emergency and urgent care cases when required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
• Providing exceptional client communication and education
