Job summary

Extend Group invites applications for an OOSH Vacation Care Service Assistant at Jerrabomberra Public School. You’ll help deliver engaging activities, manage safety, and create a positive, inclusive environment for children.

The role is casual, with 2–3 shifts per week and vacation care up to 15 hours weekly. Expect competitive hourly rates with additional retention payments and a 12% superannuation.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience or study toward Teaching, Early Childhood or School Aged Care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities for children, including science, sports and arts.
• Lead a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Prepare healthy snacks to maintain energy levels throughout the day.
• Collaborate with families and staff to run integrated OOSH vacation programs.
