Job summary

Qualify is looking for a Casual Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment in Language Literacy & Numeracy as part of the SEE program in Gippsland, Victoria.

You will deliver engaging training, facilitate workshops, and assess learners while following ASQA standards and documenting outcomes. Experience with diverse learner cohorts and strong CRM/MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering accredited vocational training and assessments.
• Experience working with participants and industry to support employment pathways.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, inclusive training aligned with program requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and coaching to support learner engagement and completion.
• Conduct assessments in line with ASQA principles.
• Apply reasonable adjustments to support equitable participation.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to support competency development.
• Maintain accurate, compliant training records and documentation.
• Build industry and stakeholder relationships to support workplace learning opportunities.
• Provide participant-focused support, mentoring, and employment pathway planning.
