• Ability to identify barriers to learning to support attendance.
• Strong training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas.
• Inclusive and supportive approach to learners.

• Share real-life workforce experiences alongside theory.
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive team.
• Travel to different sites as required.
