Job summary

Best & Less in Pimpama, Queensland, is seeking a Casual Team Member to join the friendly Besties team. You will help create a passionate customer experience, assist shoppers, restock shelves and keep the store looking its best, especially Thursday evenings and weekends.

You'll work with a down-to-earth team that values growth, hands-on learning and opportunities to advance within retail. If you love fast-paced, high-energy environments, this is for you.

Best & Less has an opportunity for a Casual Tea m Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Pimpama store. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is available to work Thursday evenings and w eekends.

As an integral member of the Pimpama 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

What you'll be doing

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
