The Role

Best & Less has an opportunity for a Casual & Part-Time Store Team Members to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Gracemere store. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is available to work Thursday evenings and w eekends.

As an integral member of the Gracemere 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

What you'll be doing

• Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
• Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work .
• Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.
• Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
• Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
