Job summary

Best & Less in Pimpama is seeking a Fulltime Team Member to join our friendly team at Pimpama store. You’ll be in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting customers and helping maintain an energetic, welcoming shop floor.

You’ll contribute to sales, assist with merchandising and VM, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a top-notch customer experience. Flexible casual hours during the week are available.

The Role

Best & Less has an opportunity for a Fulltim e Tea m Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Pimpama store. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is available to work Thursday evenings and w eekends.

As an integral member of the Pimpama 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

What you'll be doing

• Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
• Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work .
• Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.
• Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
• Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.

This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
