Qube Holdings in Gladstone is seeking casual stevedores to load and discharge general and bulk cargoes, contributing to efficient operations across the port and related sites.

Successful applicants must be prepared for a 24/7 roster with irregular shifts, hold a current driver’s license and relevant High Risk Licences, and commit to safe, proactive task execution within a local, supportive team. Qualifications

• Hold a current driver’s license.
• High Risk Licence in Forklift, Dogging and Crane (highly regarded).
• Ability to obtain Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
• Ability to work at heights – training in this area highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
• Demonstrated safety behaviours and experience.
• Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach to task resolution.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and discharge general and bulk cargoes as part of port operations.
• Be prepared to work an irregular shift pattern with a 24/7 roster.
