Hungry Jack's is seeking a trainer/coach to lead and develop crew members on the Gold Coast. You will train, supervise shifts, ensure safe operations, and role model exceptional guest service while promoting a busy, guest-centric environment.

You will drive coaching, on-the-job leadership development, and career progression within our restaurant network, with a strong focus on People Power and Guest Obsessed values.
