Job summary

Shaver Shop is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Assistant for our Ipswich store. You’ll connect with customers, deliver engaging product demonstrations and provide confident, informed advice to help customers find the right grooming and personal care solutions.

Experience in premium retail, cosmetics, barbering or hospitality is welcome, and you’ll receive training to build specialist product knowledge. Interviews will be held in Surfers Paradise, conveniently located near public transport.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to listen, ask the right questions and understand customer needs.
• Confident communicator who can explain and demonstrate grooming products.

We’re looking for energetic, professional and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our Ipswich store.

As a Shaver Shop Brand Ambassador, you’ll create genuine connections with customers, deliver engaging product demonstrations and provide confident, informed advice.

Whether you already have experience in premium retail, cosmetics, barbering, haircare or hospitality—or simply have a passion for grooming and customer service—you’ll receive training to build strong specialist product knowledge and become a trusted advisor to our customers.
