Job summary

Shaver Shop at Castle Towers, Sydney, seeks energetic Retail Sales Assistants to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. You will build genuine connections with customers, deliver engaging demonstrations, and provide confident, informed advice on grooming and personal care ranges.

You’ll develop product knowledge through our training platform, stay informed about promotions and events, and help maintain high standards across stock and displays. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

We’re looking for energetic, professional and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our Castle Towers store.

The Opportunity

As a Shaver Shop Brand Ambassador, you’ll create genuine connections with customers, deliver engaging product demonstrations and provide confident, informed advice.

Whether you already have experience in premium retail, cosmetics, barbering, haircare or hospitality—or simply have a passion for grooming and customer service—you’ll receive training to build strong specialist product knowledge and become a trusted advisor to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
