Job summary

General Pants Co is seeking an energetic Sales Assistant to bring the GP brand to life in our Erina store on NSW's coast. You will be the face of the brand, create genuine connections with customers, and drive sales through product knowledge and enthusiastic service.

You will work on the shop floor, support store presentation, and contribute to KPIs. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys fast-paced teams, and wants a career path in retail.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
