Job summary

General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand's most iconic fashion retailers, and we're looking for an energetic Sales Assistant to bring the GP brand to life in our Green Hills store. As a Sales Assistant, you'll help create a genuine customer experience, learn product knowledge, and contribute to store targets while supporting presentation and cash

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-first mindset with the drive and accountability to achieve individual and team results.

Responsibilities

• Creating a genuine and positive experience for every customer who enters the store
• Building strong product knowledge to confidently guide customers and drive sales
• Taking personal accountability for your KPIs and contributing to store sales targets and results
• Processing sales transactions accurately and in line with GP banking and cash handling procedures
• Supporting store presentation, VM standards and loss prevention at all times
• Bringing energy, positivity and a genuine team-first attitude to every shift
