Key responsibilities

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems
• Assisting customers with product selection and answering questions about our merchandise
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised store environment
• Restocking shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are presented attractively
• Supporting inventory management activities as required
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
