Job summary

Clark Rubber in Victoria is seeking enthusiastic sales assistants for a casual or part-time role. You will be on the front line, helping customers and delivering solutions across our pools, foam and rubber ranges.

This position requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, with weekend/holiday availability. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting promotions and maintaining a tidy, welcoming store.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in fast-paced retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and manage time effectively.
• Proactive problem-solver with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Familiarity with basic computer software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.

• Manage stock control and inventory, including large stock deliveries.
