Clark Rubber is seeking an outgoing and knowledgeable Casual SALES Assistant for our Bundoora store. You will help drive sales, provide expert advice, and support promotions while delivering top-notch customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail and Admin experience, strong communication, and a proactive team spirit. This casual role offers growth toward a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving sales and customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion and drive for Customer Service.
• High level of verbal and written communication.
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
• Work in a fast paced team environment.
• Commercial/Trade industry experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail and Admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Giving advice and solutions to customers.
• Achieving KPIs and sales budgets.
• Processing sales orders and quotes.
• Work in a team environment to help achieve business objectives.
• Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping.
• Set up in-store promotions and merchandising.
• Be involved in stock control and management.
• Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Dealing with customer refunds.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team.
• Water Testing for customers.
• Other tasks and duties as directed.
• Administration work including raising purchase order or receiving.
