Job summary

Autobarn in Melbourne is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service, provide product advice, and support the team in achieving store targets. You will help maintain a clean and safe store, assist with stock management and merchandising, and follow all policies and safety practices.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, and you should be eager to learn and grow within the Autobarn network.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact! You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

You don’t need to be a car expert or tick every box – we’re looking for people who will embody Autobarn values and are passionate about great service, teamwork, and making a difference.

What you’ll do
