Job summary

Autobarn in Canberra is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to support the team, provide product advice, and help hit store targets. You don’t need car expertise—just a passion for great service, teamwork and learning.

You’ll focus on customer care, stock support, merchandising, and keeping the store clean, safe and welcoming for every visitor. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow across our network, with training and development and a supportive team committed to leaving a positive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact! You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

You don’t need to be a car expert or tick every box – we’re looking for people who will embody Autobarn values and are passionate about great service, teamwork, and making a difference.

What you’ll do
