Autobarn is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Australia. You will deliver exceptional customer service, advise on products, and contribute to store targets while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented shop floor.

You don’t need to be a car expert; we value enthusiasm, teamwork, and a genuine passion for helping customers. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, along with basic computer skills.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact!You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

You don’t need to be a car expert or tick every box – we’re looking for people who will embody Autobarn values and are passionate about great service, teamwork, and making a difference.

What you’ll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
• Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.

About you

You’re hands‐on, customer‐focused, and eager to learn. Leadership is a growth area, and you’re ready to develop your skills while supporting the team.

You’ll also bring:
