Job summary

Quest St Kilda Road in Melbourne is building its own in-house housekeeping team and is seeking enthusiastic Room Attendants to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest experiences. This role is initially casual, with regular hours and the potential to transition to permanent part-time for the right people.

Weekend work is required on a rotating roster, with day shifts only. Join a supportive team at a flagship location on St Kilda Road, with opportunities for progression and accommodation

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Pride in producing high-quality work.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and motivated.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Hold ongoing working rights in Australia.
• Available days must include at least two of Tue, Wed, Sat & Sun.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest apartments to Quest brand standards.
• Making beds and changing linen.
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and living areas.
• Restocking guest amenities and supplies.
• Reporting maintenance issues.
• Cleaning public areas as required.
• Assisting with linen handling and housekeeping operations.
• Delivering consistently high presentation standards.
• Working as part of a supportive team.

About the Role

As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay.
