Petstock is seeking a passionate team member to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a welcoming store environment in Australia. You will educate customers on pet care, guide product choices, and help achieve sales goals while keeping stock presented neatly and up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful service in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and share with customers.
• Comfort lifting products up to 20 kg and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
• Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock
