ForHealth Group in Highett, Melbourne, is seeking enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in a casual, on-site role. You will work alongside experienced nurses and GPs to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive environment.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in General Practice or an acute care setting.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, patient-focused attitude and a team-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observations
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations
• Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures
• Maintaining accurate patient clinical data
• Wound care, including dressings and suture removal
• Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture
