ForHealth Group in Melbourne is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join a supportive team in Highett on a casual basis. You will provide high-quality patient-focused care, immunisations, wound care, triage, and support to GPs, in a collaborative practice environment.

You will hold current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse, with experience in General Practice or acute care, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of clinical tasks including, but not limited to:

• Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observations
• Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations
• Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures
• Maintaining accurate patient clinical data
• Wound care, including dressings and suture removal
• Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture

About You

We're looking for nurses who are passionate about patient care and committed to working as part of a collaborative clinical team. You'll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in General Practice or an acute care setting
