Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse with relevant qualification and experience.
• Experience assessing aged care residents and formulating care plans.
• Understanding and applying residential aged care standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents and meet daily care needs.
• Supervise ENs & PCAs, offering direction and support where needed.
• Maintain compliance with standards and participate in care planning and documentation.
